Why is it this much less than a traditional consulting firm?

Traditional HR firms charge $5,000 to $15,000 for a comparable audit because they build in onsite visits, multi-week engagements, and bespoke scoping. We built a streamlined, remote-first process specifically for small businesses. Same rigor, fraction of the cost. Remote by design, not by compromise.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The tier price is the total price. No discovery calls, no hourly billing, no surprise line items. If you request something outside the audit scope — for example, extensive handbook rewrites — we’ll quote it separately before any work begins.

Can I pay by invoice?

We accept credit card at checkout for the fastest turnaround. For invoicing (net 15 or net 30), contact us before purchase and we’ll set it up.

Which tier do I need?

Pick the tier that matches your employee count and number of states. If you’re between tiers (say, 25 employees in two states), err toward the higher one — multi-state coverage is where extra complexity lives. If you’re not sure, get in touch and we’ll tell you honestly.

What if I’m not satisfied?

If your audit doesn’t identify substantive findings or doesn’t meet professional HR standards, we’ll refund your purchase in full.
